1. Passage prohibited to Palestinians with the exception of the residents of the villages of a-Ramadin and ‘Arab Abu Fardah, which were separated from the rest of the West Bank by the Separation Barrier, and of Palestinians holding agricultural permits, whose lands were cut off by the Separation Barrier, west of Qalqiliyah.
2. In December 2014 Beit El Checkpoint was opened to allow one-way only Palestinian passage, permitting Palestinians to cross the checkpoint in order to enter Ramallah. With the exception of ambulances and VIP card holders, Palestinians are still not allowed to leave Ramallah via this checkpoint.
3. Passage prohibited to Palestinians with the exception of a limited number of residents of the neighborhood of a-Nabi Samwil who are permitted to drive their cars on the road according to a list managed at the checkpoint.
4. Passage prohibited to Palestinians with the exception of five vehicles which were given a permit to provide services to the Palestinians in the area.
